Return & Refund Policy
Clear, fair policies for digital courses, physical store orders, and events.
Digital Courses & Online Programs
Unless a course page states otherwise, digital course purchases are generally non-refundable once access has been granted. This includes live classes, self-paced programs, and recorded content.
If a technical issue prevents access to a purchased course, we will make reasonable efforts to restore access promptly. If we cannot resolve the issue, a refund or equivalent credit may be issued after verification.
Store Orders — Returns
Physical products from the Zabira Store (books, merchandise, and similar items) may be returned if they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Contact support within 7 days of delivery with your order ID and photos of the issue.
- Approved returns must be unused, in original packaging, and sent back as instructed.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will refund the product amount or send a replacement.
- Shipping charges are refunded only when the return is due to our error or a damaged shipment.
How Refunds Are Processed
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method after verification. Processing typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Event registrations follow the cancellation terms published on the event page. Scholarship donations are generally non-refundable once received.
Duplicate Payments
Any duplicate payment made due to a technical error will be refunded after verification.
Failed Transactions
If your payment is deducted but your enrollment or order is not confirmed, please contact our support team with the transaction details. After verification, the payment will either be refunded or your order will be completed.
